iServices was founded in 2011 and currently has over 250 employees and 48 stores in mainland Portugal, the Azores, Madeira and the Canary Islands. iServices carries out more than twenty thousand repairs a month on multi-brand equipment (Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, among others) and is also the official representative in Portugal of the leading drone brand in the global market, DJI.

Before any repair, iServices always carries out a free, no-obligation diagnosis. This repair service is complemented by a wide range of accessories and gadgets. iServices works with specialized technicians present in all its stores and carries out its repairs in around 20 minutes, as well as offering a Free Home Collection and Delivery Service. If the customer is unable to travel to a store, iServices will collect their equipment from anywhere in the country, repair it and deliver it to the desired location.

In 2019, iServices was distinguished as a ‘gazelle company’ and in 2023 it was considered a ‘Recommended Brand’ and ‘Consumer Choice’ for the second year running. This is the third year that iServices has won the “5 Star Award” in the Smartphone and Tablet Repair category.
