Contest Rules – “Unlock the Wind”
Forum Coimbra

(or until all prizes have been awarded, whichever occurs first)

1. Description
1.1. FÓRUM COIMBRA – SIC IMOBILIÁRIA FECHADA, S.A. (hereinafter “Forum Coimbra”), headquartered at Rua Tierno Galvan, Torre 3, 14, fraction “O”, Campo de Ourique, 1070-274 Lisbon, with corporate number 505.209.322, will organize a Contest “Unlock the Wind” from 25/04/24 to 28/04/24, during its opening hours (Sunday to Thursday and Public Holidays 10:00 – 23:00, Friday, Saturday and Holiday eves 10:00 – 24:00).

2. Participation Conditions
2.1. The Contest is intended for visitors and staff of Forum Coimbra aged 18 (eighteen) years or older, who acknowledge and accept all the terms of these Rules.
Participation by individuals under 18 years of age is not permitted.
2.2. Forum Coimbra reserves the right to eliminate any entry that does not comply with these Rules.

3. Contest Mechanics
To participate in the Contest, participants must go to the Wind Cabin Area, located on the Ground Floor, Level 1 (in front of the “H&M” store). Participation will be considered valid if each participant meets the following conditions:
3.1. Each participant is entitled to one entry into the wind cabin, which offers 18 (eighteen) prizes. At the time of participation, they will have 10 (ten) seconds to catch a winning ticket.
3.2. Each participant may participate once per day.
3.3. Access to the wind cabin is subject to presenting the Forum Coimbra App installed on the participant’s mobile phone and the ticket obtained on that day for the “Unlock the Wind” event.
3.4. Entries will only be considered valid if they fully comply with all the conditions set out in these Rules.

 

4. Prizes
4.1. In the “Wind Cabin” (“Unlock the Wind”), each number will always correspond to a prize. The list of prizes is as follows:

Personal Data Processing
Submitting an entry in this Contest implies the participant’s express consent to the use of their personal data exclusively for purposes related to participation, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016) and other applicable personal data protection laws.

Purpose of Processing:
Delivery of the prize to the winning participant.

Legal Basis for Processing:
Explicit consent of the Data Subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), as well as, where applicable, personal data falling under special categories referred to in Article 9 of the GDPR, when voluntarily provided by the Data Subject.

Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data:
If applicable:
Public Security Police and/or other criminal police authorities;
Courts and other public authorities, as well as other parties/stakeholders involved in legal proceedings.
Transfer of personal data to third countries and/or international organizations:
Not applicable.
Retention period of collected personal data:
The collected data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected. In certain circumstances, to comply with specific legal or regulatory requirements and in accordance with GDPR provisions, data may need to be retained for longer periods, subject to appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. After the maximum retention period, data will be anonymized or securely destroyed.
Data transmitted to the above recipients may be retained by them until the applicable statute of limitations expires.

Rights of the Data Subject:
Where applicable and legally permitted, the Data Subject has the following rights:

• Request erasure (right to be forgotten)
• Request restriction of processing
• Request data portability

Additional information:
With regard to special categories of personal data under Article 9 of the GDPR (e.g., data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health data, or data concerning a person’s sex life or sexual orientation), providing such data is not a legal or contractual obligation and is not required to enter into a contract. The Data Subject is not obliged to provide it; however, failure to do so may prevent full assessment of a complaint or participation.

Consent:
By accepting these Rules and voluntarily participating in the Contest, the Participant authorizes the Data Controller to process their personal data and to share it with the recipients identified above, for the purposes specified herein.

5. General Provisions
5.1. Forum Coimbra reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms of these Rules.
5.2. Forum Coimbra reserves the right to modify, terminate, shorten, delay, extend, or cancel the Contest at any time, without prior notice, for justified reasons beyond its control.
5.3. Participation in the Contest implies full acceptance of these Rules.
