In 1987, Chimarrão was the first truly Brazilian Rodízio to open its doors in Portugal. Today the Chimarrão Group remains as true as it was on the first day.

Our trademark is essentially meat. This is treated by our churrasqueiros with all their mastery, governed by 3 principles: Caring, Fire and Passion. The affection with which they care for the meat, when cutting and seasoning; the fire, keeping it at the right point, so that the meat is perfect.
