H3 is Portugal’s largest fast food chain and currently has 58 restaurants – 52 restaurants from the north to the south of the country, plus 4 on the islands and 2 in Angola (franchised).

And what does “new hamburgology” mean? Simply, a new way of looking at hamburgers. Ours have 200 grams of beef, are grilled (not plated or pressed), to the chosen point, with sea salt and served on heated plates, to be eaten with a fork or knife.
