Contest Rules \u2013 \u201cUnlock the Wind\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1. Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.1. F\u00d3RUM COIMBRA \u2013 SIC IMOBILI\u00c1RIA FECHADA, S.A. (hereinafter \u201cForum Coimbra\u201d), headquartered at Rua Tierno Galvan, Torre 3, 14, fraction \u201cO\u201d, Campo de Ourique, 1070-274 Lisbon, with corporate number 505.209.322, will organize a Contest \u201cUnlock the Wind\u201d from 25\/04\/24 to 28\/04\/24, during its opening hours (Sunday to Thursday and Public Holidays 10:00 \u2013 23:00, Friday, Saturday and Holiday eves 10:00 \u2013 24:00).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2. Participation Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.1. The Contest is intended for visitors and staff of Forum Coimbra aged 18 (eighteen) years or older, who acknowledge and accept all the terms of these Rules.
\nParticipation by individuals under 16 years of age is not permitted.<\/p>\n

2.2. Forum Coimbra reserves the right to eliminate any entry that does not comply with these Rules.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3. Contest Mechanics<\/strong><\/p>\n

To participate in the Contest, participants must go to the Wind Cabin Area, located on the Ground Floor, Level 1 (in front of the \u201cH&M\u201d store). Participation will be considered valid if each participant meets the following conditions:<\/p>\n

3.1. Each participant is entitled to one entry into the wind cabin, which offers 18 (eighteen) prizes. At the time of participation, they will have 10 (ten) seconds to catch a winning ticket.<\/p>\n

3.2. Each participant may participate once per day.<\/p>\n

3.3. Access to the wind cabin is subject to presenting the Forum Coimbra App installed on the participant\u2019s mobile phone and the ticket obtained on that day for the \u201cUnlock the Wind\u201d event.<\/p>\n

3.4. Entries will only be considered valid if they fully comply with all the conditions set out in these Rules.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4. Prizes<\/strong><\/p>\n

4.1. In the \u201cWind Cabin\u201d (\u201cUnlock the Wind\u201d), each number will always correspond to a prize. The list of prizes is as follows:

Submitting an entry in this Contest implies the participant\u2019s express consent to the use of their personal data exclusively for purposes related to participation, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) No. 2016\/679 of April 27, 2016) and other applicable personal data protection laws.<\/p>\n

5.1. Forum Coimbra reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms of these Rules.<\/p>\n

5.2. Forum Coimbra reserves the right to modify, terminate, shorten, delay, extend, or cancel the Contest at any time, without prior notice, for justified reasons beyond its control.<\/p>\n

5.3.
